This two-day workshop provides a thorough introduction to the concepts, strategies and processes that are necessary to train students to be mediators. The course covers the peer mediation process, program design, implementation and evaluation. Participants receive a mediation manual, role-play handbook and the national recommended standards for school-based peer mediation programs. If you’re planning to create peer mediation program or train students to be peer mediators at your school, this class is for you!
