Life Trax provides an extensive two-day class on Restorative Justice (RJ). This dynamic class offers adults and schools an effective way to deal with serious and minor wrong doings. Schools across the nation are adopting this innovative strategy to make things right. Learn how to empower voices of victims and strengthen bonds of communities. Regardless of the harm done RJ training will provide you with a carefully planned method to repair harm, restore safety, foster authentic offender accountability, while maintaining connections with offending students. Be a part of reducing suspensions, expulsions and successfully reintegrate offenders back into the community.

Features of the workshop include:
- Understanding values and principles,
- Pre-conference case assessment,
- Conferencing process and facilitator roles,
- De-Briefing and case follow-up and;
- Writing the agreement and closure.
Fees:
- Local: $750 per day, plus expenses
- Out of Town: $1000 per day, plus expenses
- Out of State: $1250 per day, plus expenses
