Kelly Mitchell, Trainer

Kelly received a bachelor degree in psychology from Regis University and is certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. Kelly has over twenty years experience in management, training, and counseling. His prior work experience includes serving as Program Director for Alternative Homes For Youth, training and consultation for the Jefferson County Department of Youth Corrections, Denver Public Schools, and Peak Experiences, Inc., and mental health worker for Bethesda Psychiatric Hospital and University Health Science Medical Center.

Julie Malmlov-Mitchell

Julie has been involved with youth for over 10 years. She holds a teaching certificate in Art and a Master’s Degree in Education and Counseling. Julie enjoys working with students to realize their full potential through her positive energy and vast experience in the educational field. Her experiences also include youth counseling and teaching high-risk students language arts in day treatment programs. She currently trains students and adults in conflict resolution education and manages an in-school suspension program for an inner city middle school in Denver, Colorado. When not doing these things Julie coaches cheer leaders and grows orchids as a hobby.

Don Berlin, Program Manager
(Conferences, Classes & Product Sales)

Don attended Metropolitan State University and the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has extensive experience in marketing, public relations, corporate relations, program management, fund development, special events, volunteer coordination, and conference planning and coordination. Don has served as Executive Director, Manager of Marketing/Public Relations, and Operations & Special Events Manager for several organizations including prior employment with the Life Trax.
